- 40-hour work week
- Flexible schedule: 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
- No OT expected
- Onsite 5 days a week
Travel:
- Occasional day trips to project sites
- No overnight travel expected

Job Summary:
Manage one or more intermediate and/or complex projects (or program area of projects) within a matrix team environment. Provide leadership, direction, training, coordination, and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects in a safe, efficient, economical, risk-balanced approach to achieve short and long-range goals and maximum customer satisfaction. Develop relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders including internal customers, external customers, team members, suppliers, contractors, vendors, and industry peers. Perform supervisory duties and responsibilities if direct reports are assigned.
Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and manage assigned project activities.
- Support and hold employees and contractors accountable for safety processes with a Zero Harm focus.
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, tools, and staffing.
- Effectively manage costs and reallocate funding when necessary.
- Communicate project details and status updates.
- Lead planning meetings, outage updates, and stakeholder presentations.
- Prepare clear written and verbal reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project teams, operating company staff, customers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Foster teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and training to improve systems, processes, schedules, and costs.
- Challenge project decisions with informed understanding.
- Ensure effective project execution on complex projects.
- Supervise up to two employees if assigned.
- Support employee development and mentor project managers.
Project Manager:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field with 3 years of qualified experience; OR
- Associate degree in the same disciplines with 5 years of qualified experience.
Project Manager Sr:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field with 5 years of qualified experience; OR
- Associate degree in the same disciplines with 7 years of qualified experience.
Project Manager Principal:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field with 7 years of qualified experience; OR
- Associate degree in the same disciplines with 9 years of qualified experience.
