Location & Work Arrangement

City, State: North Chesterfield, VA
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Required. (This is not a remote role).
Interview Mode: In-Person Only.
Shift: Monday Friday, EST.

Key Responsibilities

BI Development & Visualization

Design and implement high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Power Query to visualize key business metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom BI solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Apply dimensional modeling techniques to design and maintain scalable data warehouses for advanced analytics.

Data Engineering & ETL

Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for efficient data retrieval.
Design, build, and maintain robust ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data from multiple disparate sources.
Manage clean code bases and automated releases using GIT and Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines.

Healthcare Compliance & Data Security

Primarily support Electronic Health Records (EHR) data requests and duties.
Ensure absolute data integrity and security in compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical data.
Follow established data governance and security best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
