Adobe Experience Platform (AXP) Engineer - ONSITE
Role Summary
An Adobe Experience Platform Engineer is a hands‑on technical practitioner responsible for building, configuring, and operating AEP capabilities to enable unified customer profiles, real‑time segmentation, and downstream activation across Adobe and non‑Adobe channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and build XDM schemas, datasets, and profile merge policies aligned to business use cases
· Configure batch and streaming ingestion from multiple source systems (CRM, web, mobile, cloud storage)
· Implement identity namespaces, identity graphs, and profile stitching to enable unified customer views
· Develop audiences and segments for activation and analytics
· Configure and support Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) journeys, events, data sources, and messaging channels (Email, SMS, Push)
· Apply data governance, consent, and privacy controls (DULE, labels, policies)
· Troubleshoot ingestion, profile, or activation issues; support post‑deployment stability and monitoring
· Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and marketing teams during delivery and UAT
Core Skills

· Strong debugging and operational support mindset
Typical Experience
· 6 years in MarTech / CDP implementations
