Job title: .NET Developer
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid – Only Local Candidates)
Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire

Interview Process:

• Candidates must be available for onsite interview in Lansing, MI

Work Schedule:
• Hybrid model – onsite from Day 1
• Mandatory onsite days: Tuesday & Wednesday
• Candidates must currently live within 1 hour of Lansing, MI

Required Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in ASP.NET and C# web development
• 8+ years of strong JavaScript development experience
• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server backend databases
• 8+ years of Object-Oriented Programming experience
• 8+ years of Agile development experience
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft MVC 5.0 framework including Razor
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• 5+ years of experience with Entity Framework ORM
• 5+ years of experience with jQuery framework
• 3+ years of experience with Unit Testing

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications
• Develop and enhance applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications
• Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and best development practices
