Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for tracking and completing vendor application deliverables to maintain compliance with application policies and standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with application vendors, vendor managers, and application owners to ensure vendor applications meet all policy standards while supporting various internal technology and risk security teams.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with application vendors, vendor managers, and application owners to make sure vendor applications meet bank application policies and standards
- Complete administrative and non-technical tasks related to risk, security, and other compliance deliverables such as access reviews, assessments, questionnaires, and procedural requirements
- Support application technical security and risk activities performed by the application support teams such as remediation of non-permitted technology and security vulnerabilities, technical recovery planning, and disaster recovery exercises
- Update application statuses and attributes in systems of record
- Break down deliverables into task plans and track their timely completion with their assignees
- Assist with team budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with any application audit exams and risk assessments
- Assist with ad hoc inquiries and questions
- Learn application technologies to better assist application support teams
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree
- Five or more years of experience on a banking or financial services technical team
- Experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with ETL Tools

Pay range: $36.18 - $44.18 per hour
