Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer with 6–8+ years of software engineering experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable GenAI solutions to support enterprise business requirements.

Required Skills

  • 6–8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related technologies.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Experience with Python programming and AI/ML frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.

  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.

  • Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.

  • Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Understanding of NLP, embeddings, and semantic search.

  • Experience in developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agentic AI and AI agents.

  • Knowledge of model fine-tuning and evaluation techniques.

  • Experience with MLOps and LLMOps.

  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Financial services or banking domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.

  • Build and optimize LLM-based solutions using RAG architecture.

  • Develop AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.

  • Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance.

  • Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, c, and data sources.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI application performance.

  • Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions.
