Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Lead

Introduction:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead will be responsible for hands-on development and solution design within the Dynamics 365 CE environment. They will work on large-scale programs, utilizing their expertise in solution architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise CRM implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions using C#, .NET, Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, PCF controls, Power Automate Flow, Dataverse, Security Roles, ALM, CI/CD
• Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ERP/Back-office apps
• Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams
• Participate in stakeholder-facing discussions
• Ensure engineering excellence and adherence to best practices

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of total IT experience, including 6+ years in Dynamics 365 CE development
• Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and data modeling
• Experience in agile delivery models

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, Dynamics 365 CE, Azure Developer/Architect)
• Experience with CoE-based governance models, Power Platform extensions, and adoption at scale
• Exposure to Copilot / Generative AI-driven development accelerators
