Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Enterprise Project Manager to lead and manage complex enterprise-level projects across multiple business and technology functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for project delivery, coordination, governance, stakeholder communication, resource planning, and ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
This role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies, enterprise governance frameworks, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects from initiation through completion
Coordinate planning activities and ensure project goals/objectives are achieved within approved timelines and budgets
Execute enterprise project plans for assigned business units and functional areas
Implement project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices
Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, capacity planning, and forecasting
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
Conduct project reviews, status reporting, and milestone tracking
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately and drive resolution
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to gather requirements and prioritize business needs
Support development of system requirements, design specifications, and technical solutions
Manage project documentation, reporting standards, and audit preparedness
Coordinate change requests, impact analysis, and communication plans
Ensure adherence to enterprise compliance standards, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
Prepare and present executive-level project status reports and updates
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support enterprise project governance activities
Assist Project Managers and Business Analysts in prioritizing enterprise opportunities and resource utilization
Ensure proper budget allocation, capitalization, and use of project management tools
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Enterprise Project Management
Extensive knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and Tools
Experience managing complex cross-functional enterprise projects
Strong expertise in Project Scheduling, Resource Allocation, Forecasting, and Reporting
Experience with Project Governance Frameworks
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong understanding of Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Design
Experience with Change Management Processes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
Experience working with technical and business stakeholders
High proficiency in the following tools:
MS Project Professional
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Visio
Excellent project reporting and documentation skills
Strong understanding of operational and technical project scopes
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
6+ years of experience in technical and non-technical project management roles
4+ years of experience managing enterprise-level projects
Experience in the Financial Services / Banking Domain
Agile Certifications such as:
CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
SAFe Certification
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certification preferred
Experience managing customer relationships and enterprise stakeholders
