Job Type: Long Term Contract

We are seeking a Senior UX Product Owner to lead digital experience initiatives and support agile delivery teams. This role is responsible for organizing project requirements, managing UX design deliverables, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and ensuring seamless handoff to IT. The ideal candidate will actively participate in agile ceremonies, provide user story sign-off, manage UAT validation, and oversee production release approvals.

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple cross-functional projects while driving collaboration between business, UX, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Coordinate design reviews, approvals, and delivery timelines
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions
• Sign off on front-end user stories and UX deliverables
• Manage UAT testing, defect tracking, and production release sign-off
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reporting artifacts
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility of UX solutions
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, IT, and UX teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree required
• 11+ years of project management or product ownership experience
• Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint reviews)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional digital or UX-focused projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe, Scrum Master, etc.)
• UX-related certifications or experience working closely with UX/UI teams
• Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools
