RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a BA in Oviedo, FL.

Position Summary:
* The BA will provide business analysis expertise in an ERP environment to evaluate and design business processes and provide best practice solutions
* Gather and document business requirements and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions that cannot be achieved through system configuration or business process changes
* As a BA, you will partner with other business analysts to provide support and training in the ERP and related applications
* Resolve escalated support requests by providing solution options and follow-up

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 5+ years in Business Process Engineering or Business Analysis roles
* This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and change management experience
* Ability to interpret and extract and document information
* Ability to liaise with technical and non-technical teams to reach solutions
* Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams at all levels and departments is also required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
