Non-IT Sourcing Manager

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Non-IT Sourcing Manager - Hybrid for a position with a Global Financial Services Firm located in Manhattan, NY. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential for conversion or extension.

Reporting to the Head of Vendor Management, this position will provide sourcing advice, negotiations, and contract execution for all third-party engagements related to non-IT expense categories. The role has a specialization in real estate and construction-related agreements and requires a senior, self-starting professional who can execute, make decisions, and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end Sourcing support for areas such as Real Estate, Construction, Facilities, HR, Compliance, and Professional Services
• Ensure all deals are competitively priced and optimally executed to achieve maximum value
• Draft, issue, and manage multiple competitive events (RFPs, RFIs) simultaneously
• Work closely with stakeholders and legal teams to ensure commercial and legal terms meet requirements and mitigate risk
• Negotiate and redline master agreements, NDAs, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Perform post-contract vendor performance reviews and run quarterly business reviews of key suppliers
• Support Vendor Management sourcing and spend category strategies
• Assist in day-to-day management of tasks relating to the procure-to-pay process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of non-IT sourcing experience
• Strong experience supporting sourcing, procurement, and vendor management activities related to Real Estate, Construction, AIA agreements, and Facilities Management
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
• Solid communication, financial analysis, and organizational skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability to resolve issues and improve service levels
• Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft product suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Desired skills:

• MBA or Juris Doctorate
• Attorney background is very highly desirable
• CLM experience
• Deep understanding of sourcing methodologies, procurement processes, and related tools

Pay range: up to $65.00 per hour
