Zensar is looking for a Program/Project Manager in the United States (Hybrid). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.
About the Role
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle, from planning through execution and closure
- Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
- Coordinate and govern multiple interdependent projects and workstreams
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
- Track program risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, and governance
- Prepare and present program status, financials, and KPIs to senior stakeholders
- Resolve escalations and drive decision-making at program level
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across project teams
Experience:
· 8+ years of experience in project/program management
· Experience managing large-scale, multi-project initiatives
· PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certification (preferred)
· Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree – Information Technology
