Zensar is looking for a Program/Project Manager in the United States (Hybrid). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

 

About the Role

  • Lead end-to-end program lifecycle, from planning through execution and closure
  • Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
  • Coordinate and govern multiple interdependent projects and workstreams
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Track program risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, and governance
  • Prepare and present program status, financials, and KPIs to senior stakeholders
  • Resolve escalations and drive decision-making at program level
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices across project teams

 

Experience:

·        8+ years of experience in project/program management

·        Experience managing large-scale, multi-project initiatives

·        PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certification (preferred)

·        Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree – Information Technology
