Senior Director, Engagement LeadJob Description
Senior client-facing leadership role responsible for managing strategic consulting engagements, building executive-level client relationships, and driving successful delivery of complex digital transformation and capital program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead large, complex client engagements from strategy through delivery and implementation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
Manage engagement scope, budget, resources, risks, timelines, and overall delivery performance.
Lead cross-functional consulting, technology, and project teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology optimization, and digital transformation.
Support business development, account growth, proposals, and client expansion opportunities.
Provide executive-level reporting, governance, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Mentor engagement managers and consulting teams while driving delivery and client-service best practices.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, technology, or program leadership.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale client engagements.
Strong executive communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
Experience leading digital transformation, technology implementation, or complex business programs.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
