Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Utility / Power Generation domain experience for our client.
Position: Business Analyst – Utility / Power Generation
Location: Allentown, NY
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Experience: 8+ Years
Employment Type: Contract
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Utility / Energy / Power Generation domain.
- Must have experience with Power Generation, Electric Utilities, Grid Operations, Transmission, Distribution, or Energy Management.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional requirements, and documentation.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and utility/operations teams.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills preferred.
- Experience with utility/energy applications, SCADA, EMS, EAM, GIS, or related systems is a plus.
