job summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in data, Agile delivery, and cross-functional project support to contribute to a large-scale reporting and analytics initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technical teams, while helping drive requirements, support delivery, and keep projects moving forward. The ideal candidate brings a mix of business analysis, data/reporting experience, and Agile project involvement, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements (user stories, workflows, specs)
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, data teams, and developers
- Support Agile delivery (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, status updates)
- Help drive project coordination including timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Analyze data and reporting needs to support analytics initiatives
- Identify process improvements and recommend solution enhancements
- Facilitate meetings and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies
- Support UAT/QA efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Collaborate across internal teams and external/vendor partners
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
qualifications:
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or project delivery
Experience working on data-driven or reporting/analytics projects
Hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum, sprint teams, etc.)
Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (business + technical teams)
Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
Experience supporting or coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and priorities
Strong communication and facilitation skills (meetings, status updates, stakeholder alignment)
Experience working in enterprise-level environments
Nice to Have:
Experience with Jira or similar Agile/project tools
Exposure to QA/UAT testing
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or BI tools
Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)
Experience in government or regulated environments
