Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain application components using .NET Core and related technologies.
- Develop, test, and implement software enhancements to meet business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance through code improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using .NET Core and object-oriented programming principles.

Technical Skills
|
.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, Visual Studio, Git, Entity Framework Core

Business / Domain Skills
|
Application Development, Software Design, Problem Solving, Agile Methodologies, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Technical Documentation

|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing scalable enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
