Job Title: Data Operations Lead

Job Description:

·        Lead day-to-day operations of Airflow/NiFi/Qlik workflows ensuring high availability and SLA adherence

·        Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of production issues

·        Oversee job monitoring, failure handling, and performance optimization of data pipelines

·        Manage code deployments, migrations, and environment stability across platforms

·        Coordinate with development, DBA, and platform teams for seamless issue resolution and RCA.

·        Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, automation and drive operational excellence initiatives

Key Skills:

·        Strong experience in data operations (Airflow, NiFi, ETL pipelines)

·        Proven leadership in managing production support teams

·        Incident/problem management and stakeholder coordination

·        Knowledge of AWS, SQL, Unix, Python
