Position : PMO Analyst – Portfolio Reporting & Governance - Wrike
Location : Remte (W2 only)

NEED EXP WITH WRIKE

JD:

Clarity reporting aggregation and Value reporting aggregation.
Content pulls and reporting support for meetings coordinated and supported by stakeholders.
Support and organize the Change Control Governance Review process with CBPO.
Facilitate change control reviews and governance activities.
Conduct Change Control intake reviews.
Provide intake management support, including triage and filtering of requests.
Perform daily reporting to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
Support Data Hub reporting and maintenance activities.
Create monthly slideware and presentation materials for Portfolio Spend, Value, and Portfolio Review reporting with inputs from stakeholders.
Manage change control operations within Wrike, including intake management and daily refreshes of Wrike extracts to provide up-to-date portfolio status reporting.
Facilitate regular Clarity and Pathfinder reporting, consolidating outputs into presentation-ready slideware for stakeholder reviews.
Develop and maintain monthly portfolio spend and value reports and related content.
