1. Hybrid Delivery Executive, Architect & Builder Role
This is not a sideline leadership position. We are looking for a practitioner-leader who can design the blueprint (Architect), lead the implementation (Delivery), and aggressively grow the practice (Builder). You will be the technical and strategic face of the NJ/NY market.

Beyond core S/4HANA, you will champion our SAP BTP-powered apps and AI-driven solutions. You are encouraged to build industry communities, such as CIO Clubs and foundation-led initiatives, to position McKinsol as a thought leader, not just a vendor.
5. High-Touch, High-Impact Leadership
This is a high-travel (as needed)/on-site role intended for a leader who values face-to-face influence. You will mentor onshore/offshore teams and navigate complex C-suite conflicts with diplomacy, turning implementation challenges into long-term strategic partnerships.
6. Skin in the Game: Secondary Shares (Options)
For the right candidate who demonstrates cultural alignment and performance excellence, we offer a path to equity (secondary shares) participation and details can be shared later.
7. Realistic & Balanced Billability
We recognize that true leadership requires time for business development and mentorship. Your billability targets are tiered based on seniority to ensure you have the bandwidth to build the practice:
Target: 50% to 70% (dependent on role level and revenue-generation responsibilities).
8. Command the NJ/NY Retail & Fashion Corridor
Based in or around Edison, NJ, you will leverage our local headquarters and global delivery factory to:
Oversee high-stakes S/4HANA migrations and Clean Core assessments.
Lead pre-sales and solution architecture for complex multi-account engagements.
Serve as a trusted C-suite advisor, converting delivery excellence into expanded revenue.
9. Influence the Innovation Roadmap
You will collaborate with NeuVays to integrate AI-driven products (like iDMX and DMAC) into core SAP environments. You are encouraged to build industry communities—such as CIO Clubs—on our platforms to solidify McKinsol’s position as a thought leader.

15+ Years’ Experience: Deep roots in SAP S/4HANA implementation and practice leadership.
