Role overview
- Seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer (7+ years) to design, build, and support scalable, high-availability enterprise web applications.
- You will own features end to end across UI, services, and data layers, working closely with product, architecture, QA, and operations.
What you’ll do
- Architect, implement, test, and maintain full-stack solutions for complex business requirements.
- Build secure, performant RESTful services and APIs using .NET/C# (ASP.NET Core).
- Develop responsive, accessible front-end applications using Angular or React.
- Design and optimize relational data models; write efficient T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance-tuned queries on SQL Server.
- Leverage Python for automation, data processing pipelines, integrations, and backend tasks where appropriate.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and pair programming; champion best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement resilience and performance improvements.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies; collaborate within cross-functional, DevOps-oriented teams.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows to enable reliable, repeatable releases.
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional full stack development experience delivering enterprise web applications.
- Strong proficiency in .NET/C# with ASP.NET Core for building APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with either Angular or React for front-end development.
- Deep knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Practical Python experience for application logic, scripting, automation, and integrations.
- Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, secure coding, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Cloud experience (Azure or AWS), including managed databases, app services, and identity.
- ORMs and data access patterns (e.g., Entity Framework Core, Dapper).
- Front-end testing and build tooling (Jest, Cypress, Nx, Webpack, Vite).
- Backend testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit), mocking, and contract testing.
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Messaging/streaming (RabbitMQ, Kafka), caching (Redis), or microservices experience.
- Observability tooling (logging, tracing, metrics) and performance profiling.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
