W2 Only ( No C2C please ) - Proven experience developing, deploying, and supporting web applications using programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to comprehend complex business logic and user transactions
- Experience with source code management, CI/CD tools like GitHub and Jenkins
- Demonstrated ownership of projects, with a focus on automation, testing, and code robustness
- Passion for engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Ability to understand and implement business process flows into code, ensuring logical accuracy and efficiency
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Java, especially within modern development environments
- Experience working in fintech, financial services, or related start-up ecosystems
- Knowledge of document generation, signatures, and workflow automation
- Experience with business process modeling or process automation platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Entry-level to mid-level developers with a strong foundation in Python and JavaScript, particularly those newer to these languages rather than long-term Java users
