  • Independently lead assigned projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Partner with business leaders, operational teams, and management to align cybersecurity priorities with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, industrial automation, control systems engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SCADA and OT systems, vulnerability management, asset inventory management, ICS cybersecurity, OT endpoint protection aligned with vendor recommendations, detection engineering, and cybersecurity incident response.
  • Strong understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture (PERA) model.
