Job Description 

·       We are currently seeking a highly motivated “SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Analyst (Expert level required)” to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess “SAP HCM,  SAP Human Capital Management, HCM applications, OM, PA, BN, TM, PY, and FIORI Self Service” with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Required experience and qualifications:

·       SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Analyst, also known as: Technical Analyst, System Analyst, Business Analyst SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Analyst has three skill levels with corresponding qualifications:

·       Business Process, Functional Analysis, Configuration

·       Support Human Capital Management (HCM) modules including but not limited to OM, PA, BN, TM, PY, and FIORI Self Service

·       Gather and document business requirements related to desired SAP HCM functionality

·       Analyse complex business problems and assess how automated SAP solutions can be implemented to solve them

·       Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation related to the implemented SAP HCM functionality.

·       Proactively analyse, document, and recommend improvements to business processes

·       Produce detailed functional specifications for custom enhancements, reports, workflows and/or interfaces.

·       Develop and maintain unit and regression test scripts and associated test data and guides customers in executing and validating delivered solutions.

·       Assist HCM application analysts and developers in unit testing

·       Guide and assist users in user acceptance testing

·       Assist in developing training materials and in the training of end users on business processes associated with SAP HCM functionality

·       Build and maintain relationships with business personnel, SMEs and a network of professional organisations and affiliations
