- 9+ years of experience in Tableau with a strong background in data modeling for both Reporting and Admin Skills.
- Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards, stories, and reports based on business requirements.
- Create calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and complex filters.
- Build dashboards that are intuitive, interactive, and aligned with visualization best practices.
- Tableau Server Management: Install, configure, and administer Tableau Server environments, ensuring consistent availability and performance.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize data models for large datasets and complex reporting needs.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues within Tableau reports, SQL code, and data, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, troubleshooting, and data manipulation.
- Security Implementation: Manage user permissions and roles, ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Good understanding of ETL processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Tableau Server and Desktop including workspaces, datasets, dataflows, and security configurations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ensure functionality, accessibility, and security of the Tableau platform.
- Tableau server utilization patterns for users, dashboard usage, and Extracts.
- Setup and monitor row-level security/user authorization with or without database objects.
- Interfaces with Tableau developers and provides support for publishing and troubleshooting Tableau components.
