Job Title: Onsite Engagement Manager Clinical Imaging

Location: Remote USA with Travel

Role Overview

  • A seasoned Onsite Engagement Manager with deep experience in Clinical Imaging environments to lead delivery, client engagement, and operational governance for a large-scale imaging managed services program. This individual will serve as the primary client interface, ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous service improvement across imaging platforms and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client leadership (Radiology, Cardiology, IT, Clinical Ops).
  • Drive executive governance (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and risk mitigation.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clinical and IT leadership.

Delivery & Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end managed services delivery across:
    • PACS / RIS
    • VNA
    • Modalities integration
    • Imaging workflow systems
    • DICOM interfaces
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, PHI compliance).
  • Monitor incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
  • Lead service improvement and automation initiatives.

Program & Financial Oversight

  • Own service financials (revenue, margin, forecasting, cost optimization).
  • Track utilization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities within imaging services.

Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams (application support, integration, security).
  • Coordinate offshore/onshore delivery teams.
  • Mentor service leads and technical SMEs.
  • Drive a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Risk, Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
  • Manage audits, documentation, and quality reviews.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • IT services experience, with 5+ years in Clinical Imaging domain.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • PACS (GE, Philips, Fuji, Sectra, etc.)
    • RIS systems
    • VNA platforms
    • DICOM, HL7 integrations
    • Imaging workflows
  • Experience managing managed services engagements ($6M+ preferred).
  • Proven experience in onsite client-facing leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Experience in healthcare provider environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large IDNs / hospital networks.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based imaging platforms.
  • Exposure to AI imaging solutions and analytics.
  • PMP / ITIL certification preferred.
