Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Drive packaging development for innovation projects across North America.
Design, specify, test, and qualify packaging structures for various drug product formats including topical, solid oral, liquid oral, and spray systems.
Work with packaging systems such as bottles, closures, tubes, dispensers, aerosols, CRC, blisters, pouches, and spray mechanisms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Formulations, Analytical Stability, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Planning, and Marketing.
Support packaging development activities within the Product Development Center, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and technical teams.
Contribute to technical execution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in packaging design and performance.

Qualifications:

5 10 years of experience in R&D within B2C or B2B environments.
Strong technical background in primary packaging development and design.
Experience with packaging specification, testing, tooling/molding processes, materials, and manufacturing qualification.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with secondary packaging development.
Industry experience in healthcare, personal care, beauty, food, or chemicals.

Work Requirements:

Minimum of two days per week onsite at the Product Development Center.
Limited or no travel required.
