Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Client: New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP)
Location: Trenton, NJ

Note: Hybrid location

Job Description:

• The Senior IT Project Manager shall serve as the Contractor s primary point of contact and support all matters in regard to management aspects under the maintenance and support agreement.
• The primary responsibilities of the Senior IT Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
• Working with NJDEP to prioritize productions issues and enhancements;
• Conducting weekly status meetings with NJDEP throughout the agreement; and
• Authoring Monthly Status Reports throughout the agreement;

Required skills:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Required
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification Required
• 5+ years of experience managing major IT projects using Agile methodologies
• 4+ years of experience managing environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local government)
• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise environmental IT solutions in the public sector
• 3+ years of experience using Atlassian JIRA for project management and tracking

Preferred:

• Prior experience with NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, DataMiner, RADIUS, COMPASS, Letterbuilder, PDF Processor, and Spreadsheet Processor is preferred.
