Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, Queueable, and Platform Events
• Lightning Web Components (LWC), UI/UX customization
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder or AI agent frameworks. Minimum 3 Agentforce projects implementations.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, embeddings, and conversational orchestration
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).
• Event-driven architecture (Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
• Create and enhance flows, process automations, validation rules, assignment rules, and other declarative features.
• Experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
• Salesforce sales cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Experience
• Experience with Integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) is plus
• Data Cloud, OmniStudio is plus
