Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management Report Developer to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and validating OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) reports and dashboards across Oracle HCM subject areas.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Oracle Fusion HCM functional knowledge with hands-on technical reporting expertise, particularly within healthcare or other complex, shift-based workforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain OTBI transactional reports.
• Develop formatted reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
• Design and develop Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) dashboards and workforce analytics solutions.
• Build reports and dashboards across Oracle Fusion HCM subject areas, including:
  • Core HR
  • Absence Management
  • Talent
  • Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Benefits
  • Payroll
• Partner with HR functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop executive dashboards and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.
• Validate reports and dashboards against functional and business requirements.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and make required enhancements.
• Provide reporting support during implementation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Analytics, KPIs, and dashboard metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
• Experience developing BIP data models and utilizing report bursting.
• Experience with FDI platform capabilities, including:
  • Workbook creation
  • Calculations
  • Parameters
  • Dashboard development
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM reporting subject areas and underlying data structures.

Functional Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management modules.
• Understanding of payroll processing and time calculation rules.
• Knowledge of workforce reporting requirements related to:
  • Overtime
  • Shift differentials
  • Time and attendance
  • Workforce compliance
• Experience supporting HCM reporting throughout a full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Ability to translate functional HCM requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare or complex shift-based workforce environments.
• Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, particularly for:
  • Payroll
  • Absence
  • Benefits
• In-depth understanding of HR and Payroll processes.
• Experience developing workforce analytics and executive-level reporting.
• Strong collaboration skills with HR, Payroll, technical, and business stakeholders.
