Job Title: Senior QA Analyst – Tricentis Tosca Testing Analyst
Location: Remote

Position Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst – Tricentis Tosca Testing Analyst to support its enterprise SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Direct SAP S/4HANA testing experience is mandatory, including validation of business processes, SAP transactions, workflows, and system integrations.
  • The role requires a technical, hands-on testing professional who can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time.
  • The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site attendance in Washington, DC, depending on project activities and milestones.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Build new automation scripts and enhance existing automated test suites.
  • Develop reusable and maintainable test automation components to improve efficiency and test coverage.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of SAP S/4HANA business processes, transactions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Execute automated test suites, troubleshoot failures, and analyze test results.
  • Manage test data and support test execution across multiple environments.
  • Identify, document, track, and assist in resolving software defects.
  • Validate data flows and business workflows across SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and system integrators.
  • Support test planning, execution reporting, and quality assurance activities throughout the SAP transformation lifecycle.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca test automation.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and reusable automation components.
  • Mandatory hands-on SAP S/4HANA testing experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience validating SAP business processes, transactions, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Ability to create new automated tests, maintain existing test suites, execute tests, and analyze results.
  • Strong understanding of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Experience with test case management, test execution, defect tracking, and test result reporting.
  • Experience performing end-to-end testing of integrated enterprise applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot automation failures and collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal supervision and ramp-up time.
 
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Previous involvement in SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SAP Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other SAP functional modules.
  • Experience working with SAP system integrators, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience improving automation coverage and developing reusable Tosca test components.
  • Familiarity with complex enterprise workflows, cross-system integrations, and business-critical testing scenarios.
