Your Key Responsibilities- Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in core and supportive production processes.
- Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of engineering strategies within key organizational fields.
- Aid in aligning capacity demand with budget and investment projects.
- Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions.
- Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and various business support functions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary.
Your Qualifications- Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering
- 5 to 10 years
