About the Role
We re seeking a Lead Software Engineer to architect, design, and build AIpowered conversational and automation solutions in a cloudnative environment. This role focuses on developing scalable bot platforms, leveraging Google Cloud, Dialogflow, Vertex AI, LLMs, and enterpriseapproved GenAI tools to support largescale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical design for conversational AI and bot platforms
- Drive handson development and mentor engineering teams
- Build and optimize AI/ML and LLMbased solutions using Google Cloud Platform, Dialogflow, Vertex AI, and ADK
- Ensure adoption of enterpriseapproved AI tools (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, etc.)
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions

MustHave Skills
- Software Architecture
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) 2+ years handson

Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in software architecture or AI/ML engineering
- Strong experience designing conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow, Vertex AI, ADK, and LLMs
- Demonstrated daily use of enterpriseapproved AI tools for coding, documentation, analysis, and decisionmaking
- Google Cloud certification required
- Experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and advanced LLM use cases
- Healthcare experience preferred (not required)

- Experience driving AI adoption at scale
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customerservice mindset and positive attitude
