- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise application development projects. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience gathering

- and business process improvement. Experience developing UML diagrams including Use Case

- and Process Flow diagrams. Experience preparing Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and maintaining requirements throughout the SDLC. Experience documenting customer journey maps and identifying process pain points. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with business

Summary
- Analyze cross-functional business processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis and identify business process gaps.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, technical, and data requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, process flows, data mapping documents, and functional specifications.
- Develop UML diagrams to represent business workflows and system interactions.
- Create customer journey maps and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain requirement documentation templates.
- Prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and GAP Analysis documentation.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, QA teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and communicate mitigation strategies.
- Write intermediate SQL queries for data validation, testing, and reporting.
- Utilize JIRA to manage requirements, user stories, defects, and project progress.
- Support SAP-related business initiatives where applicable.
- Evaluate and recommend AI-enabled solutions to improve business processes and productivity.
