JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking an ICAM Specialist to support Identity, Credential, and Access Management initiatives within the U.S. Air Force Cloud One enterprise environment.
This role supports a large-scale, multi-cloud platform spanning AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure across NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments. The position focuses on ICAM solution design, implementation, and operational support, including authentication, authorization, and access control across secure cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities - Design, deploy, configure, and maintain ICAM solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OCI environments
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for authentication, authorization, and access-related issues
- Support onboarding of applications to Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms
- Monitor system access and identity services using automated tools and reporting
- Support ICAM requirements across IL2, IL4, IL5, and IL6 cloud environments
- Assist end users with access provisioning, authentication troubleshooting, and account management
- Support RMF and ATO activities by providing ICAM-related documentation and artifacts
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and program teams to align ICAM solutions with architecture and compliance requirements
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on ICAM best practices and implementation approaches
- Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and status updates to leadership and customers
- Support continuous improvement of ICAM processes to enhance efficiency and security
- Train users and stakeholders on ICAM tools, policies, and procedures
- Prepare detailed technical documentation supporting system operations and development
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Required Qualifications - Active Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with ICAM or IAM solutions in cloud environments
- Experience with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience onboarding applications to SSO platforms
- Experience supporting cloud-native identity services
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control principles
Certifications - DoD 8570 / 8140 compliant certification (IAT Level II required - Security+ or equivalent)
