Data Operations Analyst

This position is currently slated for one year with the potential to extend to a second year, with the possibility of converting to full-time employment depending on budget availability. Please note that this is not guaranteed.

The role requires working onsite five days a week at the Kearney Trailer located at 5488 Overland Ave, San Diego, CA 92123. The working hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, including a half-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities

• Input information from a variety of sources into a database.
• Ensure data meets standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness.
• Work well under various time-sensitive situations.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
• Analyst with Power BI or Smartsheets experience is a plus.
• Degree not required; equivalent years of experience are acceptable.

Note: Equipment will need to be provided by the supplier.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of one round with the host manager and two other supervisors.
