Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of test automation strategies and frameworks
Drive end-to-end quality engineering using modern tools, processes, and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into development workflows
Analyze, optimize, and enhance existing automation frameworks for performance and scalability
Lead UAT activities, including test planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
Create and execute test scripts, document results, and manage feedback loops
Automate business processes such as order management, fulfillment, billing, and invoicing
Mentor and guide team members on best practices in automation and quality engineering
Participate in problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Core Skills & Expertise

Strong experience in Test Execution & Test Management
Advanced expertise in Test Automation Frameworks and Strategy
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Playwright, Selenium)
Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, CloudShell, Step Functions, etc.)
Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in E-commerce, Telecom, or ISP domains
Familiarity with end-to-end business processes (Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition)
Experience supporting and training business teams in UAT processes
