Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Work Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP PM/EAM and SAP S/4HANA Asset Management. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of enterprise work management solutions, helping organizations optimize maintenance operations, work order execution, scheduling, and mobile workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
Configure and support Work Order Management, Notifications, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, and Scheduling processes.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
Configure and maintain asset master data including Functional Locations, Equipment, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Work Centers.
Implement and support mobile workforce solutions such as SAP Asset Manager, SAP Work Manager, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, PS, and third-party scheduling solutions.
Support testing, user training, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
Provide recommendations aligned with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management best practices and roadmap.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of SAP PM/EAM consulting or support experience.
Strong expertise in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes.
Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle SAP PM/EAM implementations.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
Strong understanding of integrations with MM, FI, CO, and PS modules.
Experience with mobile work management solutions for field operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead functional workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Certification.
Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM), SAP MRS, or SAP Asset Manager.
Knowledge of Linear Asset Management, GIS integrations, or IS-U.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Solution Manager.
Industry experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Oil & Gas.
