Job Description:

CI/CD Pipeline Oversight: Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing Azure DevOps CI/CD deployment pipelines. Intervene to manually trigger builds, debug step failures, and resolve environmental blocks.
Environment Provisioning: Spin up and maintain development, staging, and test environments utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and predefined Azure configurations.
Developer Engineering Support: Act as the primary point of escalation for engineering squads experiencing configuration glitches, build failures, or cloud deployment blockages.
Application Support & Incident Triage: Deliver comprehensive tier-3 application support, real-time monitoring, and performance troubleshooting. Own incident management lifecycles to minimize system downtime.
Automation & Shell Scripting: Author and modify custom Unix/Linux shell scripts to automate repetitive system tasks, parse logs, and support daily data validations.
Database Queries: Construct and run ad-hoc queries using MS SQL Server to cross-reference application data structures during incident investigation.
