Job description

1. Job Summary

Methods and Industrialization Engineer lead the manufacturing scaling of our aerospace hydraulic systems and components. In this role, will bridge the gap between design engineering and the shop floor, converting assembly and hydraulic schematics, test procedure, ...into robust, repeatable, production workflows. Methods and Industrialization Engineer will focus on optimizing cleaning, assembly and test methods while meeting AS9100 regulatory standards.

2. Essential Job Functions
New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the industrial transfer of aerospace components
Process Industrialization: Lead the manufacturing launch of hydraulic components (valves, actuators, pumps, manifolds).
Methods & Time Optimization: Conduct time-motion studies, balance assembly sequences, and design ergonomic workstations to reduce cycle times and eliminate assembly bottlenecks.
Cleanroom & Contamination Control: Establish and monitor strict production methods to prevent particulate contamination, ensuring compliance with aerospace hydraulic cleanliness standards.
Tooling & Test Rig Integration: Define specifications, validate, and commission custom jigs, fixtures, and high-pressure hydraulic test equipment (Proof/Burst testing, functional testing).
Standardization: Author and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production routings, and visual work instructions using PLM/CAD models.
Continuous Improvement: Lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) for shop floor failures, internal scrap, or test failures, implementing PFMEA to mitigate future risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design Engineering to ensure product manufacturability and work directly with Quality and Production teams to solve day-to-day manufacturing deviations.

But what else? (advantages, specificities, etc.)
