FI/FM Functional SME

The SAP Funds Management SME should have SAP Public Sector Finance subject matter expertise in the Funds Management (FM) module and understand its integration with other finance-related modules including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting. Within Funds Management, the ability to track (and control) detailed budgets organized by Fund (source of budget), funds center (area of responsibility), and commitment item (type of expenditure). Configuration experience and the ability to create a budget for each level of this 3-dimensional structure.
About the Program: Multi-year program to consolidate 4 SAP ECC systems into a single composable ERP platform. Migrate existing capabilities from the existing SAP ECC instances into the new consolidated SAP S/4HANA transactional core using industry standard tools such as SNP's Crystalbridge.
Responsibilities include:
- Gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
- Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements.
- Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
- Business process design and system analysis
- Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
- Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
- Decomposes requirements and conducts complex and interactive solutioning workshops with client
- Offers short term and long-term strategies aligned with client s key strategic goals and develop road map tactical roadmaps
- Has in-depth understanding of industry best practices
- Understanding of Agile project delivery. Will have SAFe Certification or will achieve one within the first 60 days after roll on to the program.
Mandatory Qualifications:
10 + years SAP ECC Finance experience
Federal-specific requirements:
U.S. Citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility required
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Public Sector Finance / Funds Management & S/4HANA preferred
Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using industry tools such as SNP Crystalbridge or SAP DMLT preferred
Relevant SAP certifications
