Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the migration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter from on-premise to cloud. This role will manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle Guidewire cloud migration projects
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Track risks, issues, and project performance
Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
Provide regular status updates to leadership
Required Qualifications
8+ years of IT Project Management (integration / migration projects)
Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter & ClaimCenter
Hands-on experience in cloud migration projects
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Experience in commercial insurance (3+ years)
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills
