Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow platform development experience with expertise across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Configure and customize:
- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Develop custom applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and Flow Designer automations.
- Customize Service Portal, Workspaces, dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Implement risk assessments, control testing, issue management, exception management, and remediation workflows.
- Create and maintain ACLs, data policies, notifications, and scheduled jobs.
