We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant / Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient D365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities (10+ Years Experience)

• Lead functional architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into D365 functional designs.

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Finance.

• Act as a functional architect, ensuring solutions align with business goals and platform best practices.

• Configure business rules, workflows, business process flows (BPFs), and forms.

• Provide guidance on Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and access controls.

• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, plugins, integrations, and Power Platform solutions.

• Lead and support end-to-end D365 implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

• Design integration strategies with external systems using APIs and middleware.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Provide architectural governance and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.

• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership across teams.

• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.

• Strong functional knowledge of D365 Customer Service, Sales, or Finance modules.

• Experience as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.

• Strong understanding of Dataverse, security models, and data relationships.

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure integrations and enterprise systems (SAP, ERP, legacy platforms).

• Exposure to AI, Copilot, or automation within Dynamics 365.

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Prior experience in government or large enterprise projects.
