Lifecycle Management: Manage all phases of IT projects, from requirement definition and activity planning to final deliverable evaluation.

Risk & Quality Control: Determine and evaluate risks affecting project timelines; establish quality standards and ensure project readiness for subsequent phases.

Stakeholder Engagement: Meet regularly with stakeholders to determine needs, obtain feedback on applications, and manage expectations throughout the project duration.

Team Leadership: Direct professional and technical staff, lead project meetings, and approve critical changes within assigned IT projects.

Testing & Reporting: Oversee project testing phases, address issues found during UAT, and provide regular performance data and progress reports to leadership.

IT Project Management: 6+ years of dedicated experience managing complex IT initiatives.

Agile Methodology: 6+ years of experience leading projects within an Agile framework.

DevOps Tools: 6+ years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps and GIT for project tracking and version control.

Technical Proficiency: 6+ years of experience with SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Soft Skills: Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
