  • Develop AI safety tooling and automation - create automated evaluation workflow enabling safety checks for AI development
  • Contribute to AI safety standards and policy - translate safety requirements from frameworks including NIST AI RMF and OWASP
  • Write clear technical documentation - produce implementation guides that enable engineering teams to build safety-aware AI systems consistently.
  • Collaborate across teams - work with AI/ML engineers, product teams, Legal, Compliance to ensure safety requirements are understood and implemented effectively.

What you'll bring:
  • AI Safety & Governance Frameworks - Working familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) and OWASP LLM Top 10.
  • Secure Engineering Practices - Understanding of secure software development principles and ability to integrate security and safety requirements into system design from the outset.
  • Observability & Monitoring Engineering - Hands-on experience building production observability systems. Familiarity with logging, metrics, alerting, and anomaly detection patterns applicable to AI/ML system outputs.
