• Outpatient position only (senior patients aged 65 years and older)

• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (NO extended hours or weekends)

• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients

Qualifications:

\n
• M.D. or D.O. graduates
\n
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
\n
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
\n
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Colorado medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Colorado medical licensure
\n
