Contract | Banking / Credit Union | Hybrid in VA Local

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of member-facing digital channels for a banking or credit union environment. This role is ideal for a digital product owner or channel leader with strong experience managing online and mobile banking experiences and working across business, technology, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for digital member-facing channels.
Lead the ongoing enhancement of online banking, mobile banking, and digital experiences.
Partner with business, technology, UX, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize initiatives and drive delivery.
Translate business and member needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
Manage cross-functional delivery from planning through implementation and adoption.
Monitor digital channel performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive a strong member experience.
Coordinate with technology partners and third-party vendors to deliver digital solutions.
Communicate roadmap, priorities, risks, and delivery status to key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or Channel Manager.
Strong experience working within banking, financial services, or credit union environments.
Hands-on experience owning online banking, mobile banking, or other member-facing digital channels.
Proven experience with product roadmap ownership and cross-functional delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept through implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Q2, Symitar, or comparable digital banking platforms.
Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
Experience working in a credit union environment.
