Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Operate Doosan CNC machines to produce parts, ensuring that all work is done in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams to determine the correct method and sequence of operations.
- Use precision measurement tools to inspect and verify the dimensions of parts, ensuring they meet exact specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and prevent machine malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their optimal operation.
- Work closely with our quality control team to identify and correct any defects or errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably Doosan machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools and techniques.
- Previous experience in a quality control role in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in CNC operation or a related field is a plus.
