Key Responsibilities

  • Account Strategy & Planning: Build detailed Front, Middle, and Back Office stakeholder maps; develop and execute 12?month expansion plans with clear deal sequencing and quarterly forecasts.
  • Expansion Pipeline Generation: Drive aggressive internal outbound motions to uncover new teams, workflows, regions, and product opportunities; multi?thread stakeholders to build urgency and momentum.
  • Workflow Expansion: Identify operational and investment pain points across FO/MO/BO and translate them into AI?driven use cases with clear, measurable business outcomes.
  • Discovery & Deal Execution: Lead senior?level discovery, build ROI?driven business cases, own proposals and pricing, and drive deals through to signature.
  • Executive Navigation: Manage complex buying committees and long sales cycles involving CIOs, COOs, and senior leaders across investment, risk, operations, and compliance.
  • Cross?Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Customer Success on renewals and upsell triggers, and with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities based on expansion needs.
