OVERVIEW

Merrick & Company seeks a Chemical Engineering undergraduate or graduate student for a paid Summer 2027 Internship in our Oak Ridge, Tennessee office.

Merrick's Summer Internship Program provides students with meaningful, hands-on experience in chemical engineering. Designed as a shorter-term, exploratory experience, internships allow students to apply what they're learning in school while gaining exposure to real projects, professional collaboration, and day-to-day life at an employee-owned company.

The summer internship has a commitment of approximately mid-May through mid-August 2027.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The intern will collaborate with other engineering disciplines and interface with engineers, designers, and clients. Interns will learn to work within project schedules and budget commitments while developing the ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
